Thirteen years ago, we set out to solve a problem that felt too big to ignore. Retailers were losing margin to unnecessary waste. Products ended up in the trash. Families and the environment paid the price. And so we built the first Food Waste Management System with a clear belief that our technology could help the industry do better.
From the start, we believed that waste wasn’t inevitable—it was a challenge to be solved. Our founders saw opportunity where others saw loss, and that conviction now drives every member of our team. Today, Smartway operates across four continents with team members in twelve countries, always close to the retailers we support. Years of field work showed that cutting waste by up to 40 percent comes from practical tools and real partnership. We grow by proving results, one store at a time.
